Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Statewide Garage Door Services website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Description

Statewide Garage Door Services provides residential and commercial garage door installation, repair, maintenance, and related services. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Garage door repair and installation
  • Garage door opener services
  • Spring, track, and roller replacement
  • Emergency repair services
  • Commercial roll-up door services
  • Maintenance and inspection services

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting services
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials (if applicable)
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services
  • Not misuse our services or interfere with their proper functioning
  • Provide safe and reasonable access to your property for service delivery

Pricing and Payment

All pricing is subject to the following terms:

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified
  • Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions found during service
  • Payment is due upon completion of services
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Late payments may incur additional fees as permitted by law
  • Emergency service rates may apply for after-hours or urgent calls

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with the following warranties:

  • All labor is warranted for a period specified in your service agreement
  • Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable
  • Warranty coverage may be voided by unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear, abuse, or neglect are not covered under warranty

Scheduling and Cancellations

Our scheduling policies include:

  • Service appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Emergency services are prioritized and may affect regular scheduling
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or emergencies
  • No-show appointments may incur a service call fee

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Statewide Garage Door Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Statewide Garage Door Services and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which our business is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
